I received my culinary degree from New England Culinary Institute in Essex, Vermont in 1992. Since then, I have worked in many kitchens from Maine to Idaho. After many years in the restaurant industry, I was looking for something that allowed me to continue providing quality meals, while allowing me to pursue my many hobbies outside of the kitchen. Hiking, camping, skiing, coaching my daughter's softball team, and spending time with my family all top the list. Being a chef and providing these services to you afford me the luxury of having the time to do the things I love.
Let me help you gain back some time to enjoy the things that you love. What is YOUR time worth?
